Financial Aid
Financial aid is available by application to all of our programs.
Financial Aid Deadline for Fall 2011: August 20, 2011.
Financial Aid Deadline for Spring 2012: December 10, 2011.
Financial Aid Deadline for Summer 2012: April 1, 2012.
Financial Aid awarded in a fall semester is carried over into the spring semester of the same school year. In all other cases, separate financial aid application must be submitted for each program. All students requesting financial aid for Summer Strings must submit a new form--there are no exceptions.
Please make sure to fill out your form completely. Forms with missing information will not be considered. Please start early and give us a call or email if you have questions about completing the form.
***New Information about Tuition Deposits***
Stringendo year-round programs (Orchestras and Strawberry Hill Fiddlers) are now requiring a $75 deposit to audition or reserve a slot. Families may submit a $25 deposit when accompanied by a completed financial aid application.
Please note that the same withdrawal fees apply:
- $50 fee for withdrawal from a program less than 7 days prior to its start date
- $25 fee for withdrawal from a program less than 4 weeks prior to its start date
- Applicants wishing to withdraw because not enough financial aid was awarded will receive a deposit refund and will not be subject to these fees. Notice must be given within 10 days of receiving your financial aid contract.
